Television: The Devil's Whore
The Devil's Whore is an epic four part drama narrating the groundbreaking events that finally lead to a revolution and civil war in 17th century England. The story is told through the eyes of the fictional aristocratic Angelica Fanshawe (Andrea Rideborough), who will see her world turned by her experiences and the people she encounters.
After marrying her childhood sweetheart and feeling betrayed by King Charles I (Peter Capaldi), Angelica will come in contact with the main players of the revolution such as Oliver Cromwell (Dominic West) and Thomas Rainsborough (Michael Fassbender) - as well as soldier of fortune Edward Sexby (John Simm), whose world will also turn dramatically.
