The idea of SimmSpotting began to take shape during summer of 2007. Then it took me a year to actually build it, though most of it was done during the following summer. An unfortunate combination of lazyness and perfectionism may be at fault. It was finally uploaded on September 10th, 2008.

The goal of this site is basically to offer a professional-looking place in the web as informative and up-do-date as possible, while remaining non-intrusive for Mr Simm. It took me a lot of pondering to figure out how to be in-depth and strictly respectful at the same time. Hopefully it shows!

As for the technical aspects, the site was made entirely with Adobe Photoshop CS3, Notepad, an ungodly amount of coffee and on pure faith, really. Other tools used are Milkbox for the images, JW FLV Media Player for the videos, famfamfam.com for the icons. Though it's Internet Explorer compatible, it still looks better with Firefox, which you should be using already anyway.

Needless to say (though it actually needs saying), this site has no contact whatsoever with Mr Simm and/or his management. This is simply a labour of love dedicated to my favourite actor.
